Model Contracts Regarding the Employment of Dentists in Private Practices and Private Healthcare Facilities Have Been Prepared
With the Law Amending Decree-Law No. 663, published in the Official Gazette No. 32476 on March 1, 2024, and subsequently enacted, it has become possible for insured dentists to work in private dental practices.
Following this change, at the TDB Presidents’ Council meeting held on May 17–18, 2024, the matter of drafting contracts covering the employment rights of dentists working for a salary in private dental practices and other private healthcare institutions was discussed, In line with the recommendations of the Chambers, model contracts were prepared for “Private Dental Practices” and “Private Healthcare Institutions and Organizations.”
The prepared contracts are designed as templates and can be adapted to reflect the specific conditions of the healthcare facility and the dentist in question.
