Visit to the Bahçelievler Oral and Dental Health Center and the Küçükçekmece Oral and Dental Health Center by the IDO Board of Directors
On September 16, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Istanbul Dental Association visited the Bahçelievler Oral and Dental Health Center (ADSM) and Dr. Sevil Al Hacıosmanoğlu, Chief Dentist of the Küçükçekmece Oral and Dental Health Hospital (ADSH).
The visit, attended by Istanbul Dental Association (İDO) President Prof. Dr. Olcay Şakar, General Secretary Dentist Fatih Özçayan, and Board Member Dentist Deniz Koyuncu, the visits addressed the working conditions of dentists employed in the public sector, issues encountered in on-call duty schedules, professional expectations, and proposed solutions.
The visits also focused on the work schedule in public institutions, current issues in service delivery, and assessments shared by our colleagues regarding conditions in the field.
